Applicants to the Russian Flagship Program at Portland State University are encouraged to apply for financial aid at www.pdx.edu/finaid/. Many types of financial aid are awarded to early applicants only, so it is in your best interest to apply before March 1 for the following academic year.

Flagship students are also encouraged to search the PSU online scholarship database and fill out the online scholarship application (due February 2 for the following academic year). For details, see www.sa.pdx.edu/scholarships/. Students whose parents did not graduate from college in the United States may also be eligible for Diversity Scholarships. See www.eop.pdx.edu for details.
