University Housing Announcements: (updated August 27, 2008)
As of August 27 University
Housing is full for Fall term 2008. The University Housing Office
is no longer accepting contracts for Fall term 2008 move in. The University
Housing online contract will reopen October 15, 2008 for Winter term move in.
Contract Cancellations: Students who have received an assignment for Fall term 2008 can cancel their contract without paying the $9 a day buy-out fee until September 1, 2008. After September 1 all contract cancellations will be subject to the standard University Housing contract Terms and Conditions.

First Year Experience (Ondine floors 3-8, Broadway floors 3-6) - Click Me!
Global Village (6th floor of Stephen Epler) - Click Me! All Other Buildings and Floors - Click Me! You can also download and print the 1 Hour Loading Zone pass to bring with you for Move In Weekend. This loading zone pass is only good for one (1) hour in designated unloading zones while you are actively unloading on Saturday, September 20 or Sunday, September 21, 2008.

Waitlist information:
We will assign students on the wait list as spaces open due to contract
cancellations through October 1, 2008. If a space becomes available for
you, we will email you as soon as possible with your assignment offer.
The last round of assignment notices were emailed on Friday, August 29, 2008.
If
spaces open for those on the wait list, it will most likely be in furnished, double units with
roommates in Broadway and Ondine or furnished single sleepers in
Montgomery Court. The University Housing office is no longer accepting contracts and, as such, no longer making any additions to the wait list. The University Housing contract will re-open on October 15, 2008 for Winter term move ins.
Housing Tours:
Housing Tours take place Monday through Friday. The tour starts in Neuberger Hall room 131 at 1:00pm and visits show rooms in the Broadway and Ondine buildings. Floor plans and pictures of other buildings can be viewed at the University Housing Office.
Please note that the daily 1:00pm tour will not be offered on the following dates:
- Friday, September 12
- Wednesday, September 24
