Tough Teens
Social work professor Laura Nissen is tackling teen delinquency. She heads Reclaiming Futures, a national program that focuses on events that first led to the juveniles' problems while providing greater community interaction and leadership opportunities. Teens willing to accept this help amend for past mistakes and leave the program with the confidence to grow into healthy, positive adults.
