Survivors and Dependents (DEA)/Chapter 35
Chapter 35 is for students under the age of 26 who qualify as a dependent of a disabled or deceased veteran.
Students who have never used Chapter 35 benefits before must fill out form 22-5490.
Students transfering benefits from another school must fill out form 22-5495.
A certification form must be submitted to the Veterans Certification Office every term.
