Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS)

DARS (the Degree Audit Reporting System) is a tool for tracking your degree progress and requirements. Once you are admitted to PSU, follow these steps to run your DARS audit:

  1. Navigate to myPSU and log in
  2. Open the Academics page
  3. Select 'Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS)' from the Academic Planning section
  4. Complete the prompts to run the DARS audit

DARS audits are advising tools and are not an official record of earning a degree, major, minor, or certificate. You must apply to have a degree or certificate awarded.

DARS Tips

Catalog Year - You should work closely with your academic advisor to determine the best catalog year to use. As a first-year student, you will likely use the term you were admitted as your catalog year. If you are a transfer student, you may use the requirements from any catalog starting with the first year you attended an accredited college or university. However, you must use a catalog year within seven years of your term of graduation.

University Studies Placement - If you see a message that says "your University Studies Placement is not set", email us at askdars@pdx.edu including your name and student ID number to request placement.
