Special Hours & Holiday Closures

• In-person service at the FMH counter will be 9 am to 3 pm through March 27, 2026. Phone and email service will remain at regular service hours. 

Regular Hours:

In-person, phone, and email service is available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, except during university holidays and campus closures.

Services Available 24/7:

• Online registration
• Transcript ordering via myPSU for USPS, Fed-Ex or e-delivery
• Forms may be submitted to us electronically by attaching completed forms to an email
