In his job as the Safety Student Coordinator, Fadi works closely with the American Rec Cross and the certified instructors to organize the safety classes (CPR and First Aid) that Campus Rec offers. He also works with different Campus Rec programs and university departments to promote the safety classes. Fadi started working for Campus Rec in April 2011. He enjoys working at the Rec Center because he loves being part of the Campus Rec family. Fadi is from Baghdad, Iraq, but lived in Jordan for five years before moving to the United States two years ago. Fadi is enjoying his time in Portland and loves being out in nature, playing all kinds of racket sports (tennis, table tennis, etc.), and camping.
