Jerald Johnson, principal owner of Johnson-Gardner, LLC, has been active as a consultant in the Pacific Northwest since 1988. He has consulted on a broad range of real estate development and land use economic issues, for both public- and private-sector clients. Mr. Johnson's consulting experience includes market analysis, financial analysis, land use economics, economic development and strategic planning. He is a frequent speaker, and has been widely cited as an expert in growth management efforts. Mr. Johnson is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and holds degrees in Architectural Design and Urban Planning fromPortland State University.
