Founded in 2004, Portland State’s Center for Real Estate exists to equip, inspire and empower emerging and existing real estate professionals. As a collaboration between PSU’s acclaimed School of Business and Toulan School of Urban Studies & Planning, the Center for Real Estate takes a holistic approach to real estate, unlocking a network of forward-thinking leaders across all disciplines of urban development.
The Center for Real Estate is embedded in the real estate community, with cutting-edge learning models and research that help students, experienced instructors and real estate professionals connect and continuously develop their business mindset and tools for the greatest impact. As the only Center for Real Estate in Oregon and Southwest Washington — and one of only two in the Pacific Northwest — our program is a vital link between PSU and our region’s thriving real estate community.
