Water Safety Instructor Course

The purpose of this course is to train instructor candidates to teach Infant, Preschool and School Age Learn to Swim programs. Basic Water Rescue and Longfellow's Whales Tales courses will be included. Learn instructional techniques from preschool to the most advanced levels of swimming. This course consists of both lecture and practical session. Upon completion of this course the successful candidate will hold a nationally recognized American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification. Certification is valid for approximately 2 years.
