Ms. Mary Ann Triska is an Instructor with the Civil and Environmental Engineering at Portland State University. Ms. Triska currently teaches core undergraduate course in Structural Engineering and is serves at academic advisor for the PSU chapter the American Society of Civil Engineers. She holds an M.S degree in Structural Engineering from Oregon State University and a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Portland. Ms. Triska is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in Oregon. Prior to joining the faculty at PSU in 2018, Ms. Triska practiced as a bridge engineer and structural engineering instructor. As a bridge engineer with HDR in Portland, she has worked on projects throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington with an emphasis in bridge seismic design and retrofit, load rating, new design, and fracture critical inspection. As an adjunct instructor of Civil Engineering at the University of Portland, Ms. Triska taught undergraduate courses in structural analysis, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and project delivery.
