Fernley broke into the industry with his feature spec THE NUMBER 23 which was produced by New Line Cinema, starring Jim Carrey and directed by Joel Schumacher. He also wrote the story for U WANT ME TO KILL HIM? directed by Andrew Douglas, based on a Vanity Fair article Fernley adapted. He has written features for Paramount, Warner Bros, Universal, Fox, Sony and sold TV shows CORRIDORS and ODYSSEY to ABC and The CW. He currently lives in Portland, Oregon where he continues to write.
