PRC frequently responds to requests from various Oregon
service districts (including, police, fire, ambulance, water, and parks and
recreation) for current population estimates, forecasts, analysis of demographic
trends, and mapping. Service districts use this information in their internal
planning and in their applications for federal and state funding.
Since July
of 2001 we have developed, on a contracted basis, current population estimates
for the following service districts throughout the state:
Albany Fire Department
Clackamas County Sheriff
Hubbard Rural Fire Protection District
Salem Police
Department/911
Tualatin Hill Parks & Recreation District
Tualatin
Valley Water District
