PSU Foundation appoints new board members, elects new officers

The Portland State University Foundation Board of Directors has appointed two new members and elected new officers. 

The board is comprised of up to 50 elected members who serve three-year terms. Volunteer members are selected for their business, civic, and philanthropic leadership, their professional expertise, their ability to provide representation from a broad spectrum of community interests, and their commitment to the advancement of Portland State University.

The new board members are Kimberly Cooper, President and CEO of Fortuna Group; and John (Jack) Loacker, an attorney who previously served on the Foundation Board from 1997 to 2003. 

The Foundation Board's 2010-2011 officers are:

Tom Fink, First Vice President

Marc Fovinci, Immediate Past President

Les Fahey, Treasurer

Ray Guenther, Secretary

Doug Goe, Vice President

Eva Kripalani, Vice President

Dolores Leon, Vice President

Pete Nickerson, Vice President

John Petersen, Vice President

Jeff Reaves, Vice President
