New 2009 official cycling jersey represents our school and city

Campus Rec has partnered with the cycling club to offer a bike jersey different from the rest. As worn by President Weiwel, and recently seen in the New York Times, this iconic jersey is used by the members of the club and for the first time is being made available to all of those on campus who want to give tribute to being part of this school and bear witness to the growth of biking and how it connects us all to this campus, this university, and this city.

You are a Portlander. Local café’s are your living room, rain is not rain if you can see through it to the next block, a sighting of more than five snowflakes means you get the day off, craigslist is your Wal–mart, you are a social butterfly at farmer’s markets, and you bike…everywhere.

It is part of what you are known for, it is what your city is known for, and it is becoming more and more every day what your school is known for.

So why not show your pride with a bike jersey that represents all three?

The jerseys are currently offered in two styles, both of the same snug fit, with the long sleeve option running for $85.00 and short sleeve for $70.00. Matching caps are also available with a flexible short bill and snug fit through the back for $12.00. All of these items can be found in the Portland State University Market, so stop by and check them out and look for more Campus Rec apparel in the future!
