Meet Kierstan Betancourt
Kierstan Betancourt joined PSU in December 2010 as the academic adviser for the Hatfield School of Government. She helps students planning to major in criminology and criminal justice (CCJ) and political science (PS). She comes to Portland State from the University of Texas El Paso. Kierstan enjoys crafts such as knitting and sewing. Additionally, she is extremely fond of rain and clouds - perfect for Oregon!
