About You: I've been moving back and forth between Germany and Oregon since I was a child because my mother is American and my father German, so it came to no surprise to anyone when I decided to graduate from high school a semester early to explore the rest of Europe. I ended up studying at Franklin College in Lugano, Switzerland for a year, after which I spent a summer traveling through France and working on an organic farm through WWOOF. This was really what sparked my interest in gardening and led me to apply for the Community Garden Coordinator position when I transferred to PSU this term. I love to be outside - hiking, swimming, snowbaording - and am excited to learn more about gardening this year!
