1. The Portland State University Housing contract is a legally binding agreement; please be sure to review the Terms & Conditions before submitting your contract!
2. Determine your building preferences and check out the Rate Chart to finalize your preference before submitting your contract. Contact our office at (503) 725-4375 with any questions you may have.
3. Do you have a PSU ID number yet? If so, you will need it to submit your contract. If you don't, that's ok - make sure you register using the link below to submit without a PSU ID number.
4. Submit your University Housing online contract. Once you have decided that University Housing is for you, simply click on the link below to submit your contract. Assignments are made in the order completed contracts are received.
5. Check your email! All current and prospective residents are responsible for checking their email and updating their preferred email address with the University Housing Office. Assignment priority is based on the date the University Housing Office receives your housing contract, so it is recommended you submit your contract as soon as possible.
