In Broadway a double room goes for $3153 per term, and a single room goes for $4193 per term. PSU offers a wide variety of residence hall style and apartment style options. FYE rooms are furnished, and a meal plan is built into the rate for housing. See the Rate Charts below for specifics.

Payments
Housing costs are charged per term, and get billed to the students account at the beginning of the academic quarter. Students who received financial aid will have their award first applied toward their tuition, and then toward housing. Housing charges are due by the 10th of every month, and if not received charges and interest can be applied. Students who cannot meet the payment deadlines may elect to participate in the Revolving Charge Account Plan. Charges may be paid online at http://www.banweb.pdx.edu, can be sent to the cashier’s office, or paid in person at the cashier in the Neuberger Hall Lobby.
