Beginning fall 2007, all First Year Experience students will participate in a groundbreaking opportunity. University Studies and Residence Life have formed a
partnership to provide a new prospect for our first year residents. Three Freshmen Inquiry (FRINQ) courses have
been designated solely for residents participating in the FYE program. The FYE-only classes have a unique
programming design that enhances your educational classroom experience through
both educational and social programming within the residence halls. This arrangement reinforces what you are
learning inside the classroom and provides first year students with the
opportunity to meet other students who share similar interests, classes, and
social activities.
The FYE-only courses being offered in FRINQ are as follows:
- Power
and Imagination (course number 13914)
- Design
and Society (course number 13978)
- On
Democracy (course number 13939)
