Dining for Campus Residents
First year students in the First Year Experience program are required to take part in one of the meal plans listed below. If you did not request a specific meal plan when submitting your contract you were automatically signed up for The 15 (see below). You may change your plan only during the first week of each term. For an exact idea of how much the total cost of FYE housing is (including the different meal plans), please see page 8 of the Move In Packet for FYE Students - Click here for that document. To change your meal plan type, simply visit the University Housing Office during the first week of each academic term.

But there are plenty of options on campus for those who choose to not participate in the meal plan:
Victor's at the Ondine offers fresh, all you care to eat meals in the residential restaurant. It's also open to students, faculty and staff who don't live on campus.
In the Smith Student Union the food court offers fresh brewed Starbucks coffee, Noah's Bagels, and favorite classics like cheeseburgers and fries at the PSU Grill. Don't forget the student run Food For Thought Café in the basement of Smith - and while you're there, Viking Billiard and Bowl is just around the corner!
The Meetro Café is located in the King Albert Hall - with Portland Roasting Coffee, Oregon Chai and free wireless internet.
For more detailed information about dining options on and around campus, check out PSU Dining.
And of course, when you are living in the middle of it all, literally hundreds of restaurants, cafes and eateries are just outside your door.
