The cost of University Housing can vary depending on the building and room type you live in. For a complete rate list click here. University Housing offers a wide variety of residence hall style and apartment style options. Housing costs are charged per term, and are billed to your student account at the beginning of the academic term. Students who receive financial aid will have their award first applied toward their tuition, and then to Housing.

Payment on Housing charges are due by the 10th of every month, and if not received, charges and interest may be applied. Students who cannot meet the payment deadlines may elect to participate in the Revolving Account Plan. Charges may be paid online at www.banweb.pdx.edu, can be sent to the cashier's office, or paid in person at the cashier in Neuberger Hall lobby.

Housing charges include the cost of the student's unit as well as all utilities, local phone service, high speed internet and, in some cases, cable TV. As the only fully furnished buildings on campus, furniture in Ondine and Montgomery is built into the Housing rate. In other buildings furnished rooms are generally more expensive than unfurnished rooms. All FYE rooms are furnished, and a meal plan is built into the FYE rate.
