This lovely historic building was designed by distinguished Portland architect A.E. Doyle in 1916. With four stories and colorful garden views, Montgomery Court offers furnished single resident rooms and roomy lounging space for groups to get together.

Amenities include laundry facilities, carpeted floors, furnished units (bed, dresser, desk and chair), and shared bathrooms separated by gender. There are no kitchen facilities in the building (community kitchen coming in Fall of 2008). Parking is available in several different nearby structures for an additional fee.
