Broadway

This new building comes with all the latest contemporary accommodations ideal for progressive tastes. Featuring 383 studio apartments, the Broadway has space to lounge in and classrooms to study in. There's also an up-to-the-minute computer lab to meet your cyber needs.

The studio units feature loft-like cement floors and other distinctive amenities. The Broadway features an eco-roof, one of the largest in the city of Portland!

Amenities include: laundry facilities, dedicated high speed wireless internet, stove top (no oven), small refrigerator, computer lab onsite and lounge areas. First year students are eligible to live on the First Year Experience (FYE) floors of this building, while all non-first year students are eligible to live on the upper, non FYE floors, which are both furnished and unfurnished.

353 Units - 325 sq. ft., primarily double occupancy, with a kitchenette and bath. All utilities, plus phone, internet, and cable are included in the cost of housing.

The Broadway will also host the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEMs) and the Quiet themed communities for the 2011-2012 academic year.
