This Institute provides tribal leaders with information and leadership skills dealing with tribal, state and federal governance and a wide range of policy issues. It offers programs to meet tribal leaders' own needs with sessions either at the Hatfield School or at tribal sites. Federal grants and funding from private sources have helped make this Institute a national leader in its field.
