If you enroll in 9 or more credits at Portland State, you are covered under the basic health insurance and may purchase extended coverage.

If you enroll in 4-8 credits at Portland State, you may enroll in basic and extended coverage plans by paying the the Student Services Health Fee as well as the plan premium. Plan premiums must be paid within 15 days of the start of classes for the applicable term.
