Facilities and Property Management

We take pride in supporting student success by maintaining and improving 50 acres and 5 million square feet of diverse campus spaces. As part of Planning, Construction, and Real Estate, we collaborate with campus partners to ensure PSU’s facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained in support of the University's mission.

Facilities & Property Management Office Hours

Front Desk Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Facilities & Property Management is located in the University Services Building in suite 202. The suite is accessible through the east entrance off 6th Avenue. After entering the building, take an immediate left then right turn towards the elevator to get to the 2nd floor.

If you are unable to visit us during business hours, please contact us at keys@pdx.edu to schedule an appointment for key pick-up, drop-off, or check-out. Key returns are available 24/7 through the drop box located in the lobby of Campus Public Safety.
