We are introducing a course on the basics of Meditation and Buddhism. John Masciocchi and Gretchen Newmark will cover topics as: meditation goals and techniques, karma, impermanence, and enlightenment. While individuals are encouraged to attend the entire series, each lecture will be self-contained and can be attended individually. Each meeting will conclude with a guided meditation.

Cost: Free to PSU students and non-students - suggested donation $5.00 a lecture
