Our mission is to be the resource hub for PSU students and faculty to catalyze innovation and entrepreneurship across campus, developing new companies, technologies and more

Discover your entrepreneurial spirit in this high-energy, introductory two-day workshop. Team up with like minded students in a fun interactive design sprint to brainstorm a product or service that solves a pressing problem. Develop skills that matter from ideation to pitching!

Have an idea for an innovation with a social or environmental impact? Bring your ideas to life with a prototyping grant, mentorship, and cohort workshops! Solve real-world problems (like climate change and accessibility) in PSU’s premier invention competition, and pitch on stage for cash prizes!

Dream of starting a small venture? Explore your unique business ideas with Everyday Entrepreneurs, a sister track of the Cleantech Challenge tailored for students whose plans may not involve a physical prototype, but want to focus on developing a business model for commercialization. 

Aim big and compete statewide! Cleantech Challenge winners can further develop their prototype with additional grant funds, mentorship, and a dedicated 3-day Bootcamp with talented industry experts and a cohort of student innovators from across Oregon! Winner takes home $10,000!

Portland State University is partnering with Verizon Innovative Learning STEM Achievers and the National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship (NACCE) to offer a free project-based STEM learning program, for middle school students.
