• Improve revenue generation and administrative efficiency • Improve student and program assessment • Promote diversity and social justice • Improve the use of technology for instruction, assessment, and scholarship • Build the research infrastructure to support faculty and student research • Create a more student friendly place and better market our programs • Better communicate to constituents and friends the value of the work we do, e.g. tell our story • Strengthen community engagement and field experiences
