- Tom Potiowsky, Professor of Economics at Portland State University and former Oregon State Economist will discuss how the national economy impacts the Oregon economy and prospects for recovery.
- Mary King, Professor of Economics at Portland State University, will speak about the social impact of the economic crisis as well as alternative policy strategies.
- Hiro Ito, Associate Professor of Economics at Portland State University, will address the state of the world economy and its implications on the U.S.

- Tom Potiowsky, PSU Professor of Economics and Oregon State Economist, will review the state of the current Oregon economy. Is the recession coming to an end in Oregon?
- Hiro Ito, Associate Professor of Economics at Portland State University, will address the state of the economic crisis at both the national and international levels.
- John Walker, Professor of Economics at Portland State University, will consider the crisis from a historical standpoint. Is there any relation between the current economic crisis and the Great Depression?
