Key Indicator C1. Student diversity and success.
In this section of the DAPS website, we present data on graduation rates, the most widely used measure of student success in higher education. Data on graduation rates can tell us whether we are meeting the needs of all students or failing to meet the needs of particular groups. If we find that a particular group of students has a lower graduation rate than other groups—this is called a graduation rate gap—then we can question whether supports and services for that group are sufficient.
We have searched for existing data that would allow us to look for graduation gaps for a number of diversity-related variables; failing that, we present what information we have been able to find. The results of our search for information are presented below.
