DRC Tech Tip of the Week

Calendly

Stylized computer monitor with text "Tech tip of the week" and DRC logo on the screen

Scheduling meetings for group projects can be time consuming and hard. Calendly is a tool founded by a team of minorities that helps to make scheduling appointments, video calls, and meetings faster and easier by taking out the back and forth when scheduling over email. After you create a meeting with your availability in a Calendly calendar, you can then send out the link to your group and each person can select the times that work best for them. Once a time has been confirmed for the meeting, you can then sync the meeting to your Google Calendar.

If you have questions about Calendly, visit the Calendly Help Center. If you would like more suggestions for task management or organization tools, please email us at adaptivetech@pdx.edu.
