Graduate School

The Learning Center

The Learning Center offers free tutoring services for most 100- and 200-level courses. Their mission is to foster the learning process by empowering PSU students to accomplish their academic and personal goals.

Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar assists students with class registration and academic advising. The Registrar is also the office to contact for ordering transcripts.

Testing Services

Testing Services through the Learning Center supports students with accessible, and comprehensive testing services.

PSU Testing Services operates out of multiple locations on campus and in-person services are by appointment only. 503-725-4448

Transfer & Returning Students Resource Center

The Transfer & Returning Student Resource Center helps students transition to PSU and supports degree completion. We offer academic and career advising to prospective transfer and returning adult students, assistance in accessing PSU resources and services.

The Bias Review Team (BRT) meets regularly to respond to reported bias incidents, and to assure students, employees, and community members who experience or witness an act of bias receive support and access to resources.

Campus Rec offers six program areas all uniquely designed to offer recreation in the areas of Aquatics, Fitness and Health Promotions, Intramurals and Special Events, Rec Clubs, Inclusive Rec, Community Service and Outdoor Programs.

Center for Student Health and Counseling (SHAC)

SHAC is available to admitted students registered for 5 or more credit hours. SHAC is a community-based health care organization that provides accessible mental health, physical health, dental services, and learning disability assessments for PSU students.

The Cultural Resource Centers offer space for students to gather and form communities around shared identities. They offer quiet space, snacks, events, and resources for students.

Emergency Funds
