Marcus Ingle, Douglas Morgan, and Yoici Sato, Hatfield School and Executive Leadership Institute faculty, received a $200,000 grant from the Ford Foundation to support PSU’s collaboration with the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration in Hanoi.
