Cassie McVeety presents at Council for Advancement and Support of Education Conference
Cassie McVeety, University Relations vice president, presented three sessions at the recent Council for Advancement and Support of Education District VIII Conference in Seattle. McVeety gave a presentation for newcomers in advancement; talked on government relations and advocacy in Canada and the U.S.; and discussed how CEOs and CAOs can work together to advance the university while navigating the challenges and opportunities presented by the current financial markets.
