Access & Lenel Request Forms

Portland State University utilizes an access card operated system to control entry into all operational buildings, most computer labs and some classrooms. The system is administered by the Campus Public Safety Office. If you require an access card or need to have your access updated contact your Department Administrator, who will then forward the request via email to accessrequest@pdx.edu.

The Lenel System is the University's official Fire and Security System for Portland State. If your department would like to request footage of video surveillance and alarm access, please fill out the Lenel Request Form and email it to accessrequest@pdx.edu.

Please understand that the Campus Public Safety Office does have authority to deny a request due to a pending investigation, but will allow a request to be submitted again at a later time and date.
