WHAT: Colored Pencils Art and Culture Night, hosted by The Office of International Affairs and ICSP, is a non-profit organization
supported by the City of Portland's Office of Human Relations and many
other non profit organizations.
It was created in order to support and welcome new immigrants and refugees to Portland, OR.
WHEN: Friday, October 30th. 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Parfait Bassale (www.parfaitonline.com/parfait) will perform during the art reception. Parfait is a composer, musician, and human rights advocate.
This month's event will benefit the survivors of the Philippine flood, Samoan tsunami and the Indonesian earthquake. Performers from these communities will offer song, poetry and music from their cultures.
"October is People with Disabilities Month, so painters and poets and people who celebrate Portland arts, and are also disabled are especially invited to eat and enjoy an evening of how Portland really looks, sounds, and ambulates."
