Program Cost
The 2023-2024 program fee is $10,500, or $4,000 per individual case. The fee includes reading materials and packets, refreshments, group meals that occur during program activities and field trip travel. The fee does not include travel, lodging, or independent meals.
All participants attending one, two, or all three case studies are encouraged to join us for the final Capstone session in June at no additional cost.
Please note:
Travel
Travel arrangements must be made by participants or their agencies. We will reserve a room block for each case location, but participants are responsible for completing their own booking/payment. Lodging details will be provided by the Program Coordinator prior to each case.
Meals
Group meals during program activities are included in registration fees; typically, this includes lunches and one to two dinners per case study. Participants are responsible for meals outside of the group meals specified by the program.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that the ESP Cancellation Policy differs from the standard Center for Public Service cancellation policy.
In the event that a registered participant is unable to attend a case, the sponsoring agency is encouraged to send a substitute to one, two, or three cases at no additional cost. Please notify the Program Director or Program Coordinator of any substitutions as soon as possible.
In the event that a full ESP case week is rescheduled and a registered participant is unable to attend the session on its new dates, the sponsoring agency is encouraged to send a substitute for that case. If the sponsoring agency is unable to send a substitute, the cancellation policy applies. In this circumstance, program participants are responsible for communicating their schedule to the Program Coordinator in a timely way to trigger the cancellation policy. Note that the rescheduling of a case is very rare, caused by a federal government shutdown or other extraordinary circumstances.
Cancellations received 30 days prior to the first day of a case study session will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received 15 days prior to the first day of the first session will receive a 50% refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this point will receive no refund. If the full package (3 cases + capstone) was purchased, refunds of cases will be prorated based on the individual session price.
The credit card processing fee is not subject to a refund.
The Executive Seminar Program is not responsible for additional cancellation costs a participant might incur, including but not limited to changes to travel and lodging arrangements.
