The Institute for Tribal Government serves elected tribal governments from across the nation and also provides training to local, state and federal government agencies and others who are interested in learning about tribal government.

PSU’s Institute for Nonprofit Management (INPM) has become The Nonprofit Institute (NPI). Our mission is to support the Oregon nonprofit sector so that it can fulfill its promise of bringing people together to build a more just, inclusive, and sustainable society.

Community Environmental Services (CES) is a nonprofit, university-based service provider that draws on 25 years of experience to meet your waste management needs. We use cutting-edge research, best practices, and our own hands to help your organization reduce, reuse, recycle, and rethink waste.

We custom-design Study Tours for delegations visiting Portland, Oregon, USA to learn about our unique strategies for creating a vibrant, sustainable city. Our programs are tailored to address each delegation's particular area of interest or concern.

ICDR, created with the collaboration of the Center for Public Service and the Economics Department, aims to serve as an intellectual hub for students, scholars and practitioners to work on issues related to emergency management and preparedness and community resilience from natural disasters.

At the Mark O. Hatfield Center for Cybersecurity, our goal is to bring together scholars, managers, and policymakers from across Portland State University and beyond to train students, future leaders, and translate research findings into effective policy.
