Annual Early Head Start and Infant/Toddler Conference - Hall of Fame
Early Head Start Hall of Fame: Reflecting on our Successes
This year’s theme – “Partners in Hope” is reflective of one of the conference’s guiding values. It is essential to cultivate respectful partnerships with families as they realize their hopes for their children and themselves. The theme also speaks to the importance of working collaboratively within our programs and across our communities to be able to provide comprehensive, holistic, and integrated supports to infants, toddlers, and families. Collaborative approaches enhance resiliency and expand capacity. The conference will provide you with opportunities to explore various dimensions of the link between partnership and hopefulness.
We invite you to participate in our Hall of Fame on Wednesday, August 10, 2011. There is an opportunity to display photos and materials which show some of the exciting things happening in your program. This is a fun and engaging way to share and learn with your colleagues.
You provide the photos. We provide the tables, posterboard, markers, and tape, and a room to work on putting your display together. Or you can put your display together ahead of time.
If you plan to participate in this year’s Hall of Fame, please let Diane Brunkow know. She can be reached at dianebb@pdx.edu or by calling 503-725-5913. We want to make sure we have enough tables.
