Hamid Moradkhani invited to join MAPP Drought Task Force
Hamid Moradkhani, Civil and Environmental Engineering faculty, was invited to join the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Modeling, Analysis, Predictions, and Projections (MAPP) Drought Task Force. He will help coordinate and enhance MAPP research activities that are aimed at achieving significant new advances in current capability to monitor and predict drought over North America. It is envisioned that the task force will be in place for three years starting October 1, 2011.
