Portland State University's Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science is hosting a celebration and open house to mark the establishment of graduate degree programs on the Westside. The celebration will feature an opportunity for guests to learn more and register for the new Westside programs. The event will also include remarks from TriQuint Semiconductor President and CEO Ralph Quinsey and Maseeh College Dean Robert Dryden.

Background:
Beginning fall term, Portland State will offer four Engineering Master's Degree programs in the evening at the CAPITAL Center: Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Engineering and Technology Management and the Oregon Master of Software Engineering. These programs were developed to meet the needs of individuals working on the Westside in the technology sector and to help those individuals advance their careers.
