The Institute will be held at Portland State University's conference center, University Place. This confererence center and hotel is conveniently located in downtown Portland. You will find yourself within walking distance of the Portland State University campus, the Willammette River and numerous shops, boutiques and restaraunts.

Transportation
Portland has many mass transit options, including the MAX (lightrail), streetcar and buses. The MAX runs from the airport to downtown Portland. From the MAX stop you can easily catch a bus or ride the streetcar to within a few blocks of the University Place.
