International CBL Networks

International Partnership for Service-Learning and Leadership (IPSL)- Founded in 1982, IPSL is a not-for-profit educational organization serving students, colleges, universities, service agencies, and related organizations around the world by fostering programs that link volunteer service to the community and academic study. Undergraduate immersion programs are offered in 10 nations, not including a Masters program in International Development and Service.

The Talloires Network- Started in 2005 and housed out of Tufts University, The Talloires Network is an international association of institutions committed to strengthening the civic roles and social responsibilities of higher education.  The Network's goal to create a global movement of engaged universities, envisions a world in which higher education institutions do not exist in isolation from society; they serve as a vibrant and dynamic force in their societies, incorporating civic engagement and community service into their research and teaching mission.
