To address this reality, the Long Term Institutional Fiscal Strategies (LTIFS) has been formed with student, faculty and staff representation from throughout the University. Our charge is to provide recommendations for fundamental actions that the University could take to achieve a more robust financial condition in the coming biennium and beyond.
As the LTIFS Committee continues its work, we are seeking input for ideas or strategies to help address our charge. The Committee has been meeting regularly and several subgroups are both following up on ideas generated or are developing new ideas. We have held one open session and plan for an additional session later this month. To broaden opportunities for PSU community wide participation we also come to you for ideas and strategies through this format.
As a member of our community, you have a stake in the LTIFS committee’s work and we want to hear from you. Do you have an idea that will increase PSU revenues or reduce our costs? Please share it here by filling out the form below and clicking on “submit.”
