- Why does my student ID have a MasterCard logo?
Your PSU OneCard is also a financial aid refund card. If you do not want to open a checking account with PSU One, please choose the ACH Direct Deposit or Paper Check refund preference when activating your PSU OneCard. This will turn off the MasterCard function of the ID card and it will function solely as your student ID. DO NOT DISCARD YOUR PSU ONECARD.
- My Prox/Mag card beeps when I hold it to the reader, but the door doesn't open. Why not?
You do not have access assigned to your card. Contact the department that is in charge of the building/room you are trying to enter to have your card activated. ID Services can not assign access to your card.
- How do I check my PSU One account balance?
Call PSU One at 877-778-7781 or log in at www.psuone.com. ID Services representatives cannot see your account information.
- I've had a name change. How do I update my ID?
Congratulations! Please Have your new and valid government photo ID with new name and visit Admissions & Registration to update your name. Once updated, come to ID Services and we will issue you a new PSU OneCard at no charge. There is still a $15 fee to issue a new Prox/Mag access card.
- How do I make deposits to my PSU One account?
Checks can be brought to ID Services. Cash can be deposited at Cashiers Office. Wire transfers can be initiated through www.psuone.com.
- Where are the no fee ATMs for my PSU One Card?
There are 4 PSUOne ATMs on campus. They are located in the Neuberger Hall lobby, Smith Student Union (1st floor), and Millar Library (1st floor), and a 24/7 ATM is located on the 2nd floor of Broadway next to the vending area. Use your PSUOne card to swipe on the 6th ave door after hours.
- I lost my PSU OneCard. What do I do?
You can cancel your card and order a replacement through www.psuone.com, by calling Higher One at 877-778-7781, or by coming to the ID Services Office. Please report lost cards immediately to avoid fraudulent use. There is a $21 fee to replace the PSU OneCard.
