We are open extended hours during the first week of each term. Our hours may be limited when school is not in session and during summer term.

About us

The ID Card Services Staff provides students, faculty, staff, vendors, contractors, tenants of PSU buildings, and visitors with approved University ID cards and proximity cards.

Mission

Our mission is to process all ID cards and proximity cards with accuracy and promptness and ensure students, faculty, staff, vendors, contractors, tenants of PSU buildings, and visitors understand how to use and get the most benefit from these cards.

ID Card Services Provided

  • Issue ID and proximity access key cards to all approved constituencies
  • Answer questions regarding the student ID card, the PSUOne Card
  • Aid students in the activation of their PSUOne Card

Concerns and Suggestions

All transactions require a valid government issued Photo ID Valid forms include Driver License, DMV ID, Passport, Military ID, or Permanent Resident Card.

Students are required to have a student ID number and be admitted before reporting to ID Operations.

Expiring ID’s require validation at ID Services window. Please bring a valid government issued photo ID for renewal.

PSU ID numbers are generated in Banner by the departments sponsoring those individuals. ID Services does not generate ID numbers.

We do not accept payments. All charges will be placed on your BanWeb account.
