Field Work Exhibits, Lectures and Film Screenings

FIELD WORK is a collaboration between Portland State University’s MFA Contemporary Art and Graphic Design programs that seeks to create a platform for public scholarship, lectures, exhibitions, workshops as well as additional programming. Started as an initiative of the Art and Social Practice concentration, this space reflects the Portland State University commitment to community engagement. Located in a former downtown storefront space, FIELD WORK allows the creative explorations of the MFA and Graphic Design students at PSU directly to develop out of a visible location that can serve as the site for interaction and collaboration with multiple publics.
