Department of Architecture Undergraduate Travel Fellowship Award 2011
Applications for the 2011 Architecture Undergraduate Travel Fellowship Award are no longer being accepted; all applications were due on Friday, April 1, 2011.
The $1,500 prize will be awarded to support travel in 2011-2012. A single recipient for the award will be chosen by the Department Scholarship Committee.
This fellowship award will be based upon a student-submitted proposal to support research-driven travel.
The proposal materials must discuss the following:
a) educational purpose of travel, b) destination, and c) previous travel experience.
The recipient must have achieved junior- or senior-year status by Spring 2011 with proof of having made satisfactory progress toward a degree in architecture.
This awardee will share the outcome of his or her Travel Fellowship with the PSU Department of Architecture, in their choice of lecture or exhibition in 2011-2012 academic year.

3. Proposed Dates of Travel
4. Purpose of Travel: Abstract (50 words or less)
5. Proposed Budget (Provide as much detail as possible)
6. Previous Travel Experience (Domestic and Foreign)
7. Full description of Educational Objectives (200-300 words)

Return Fellowship Application to the Department of Architecture Office.
Deadline: Friday, April 1, 2011 at 5 p.m.
Notification of Award will be made by Monday, June 6, 2011.
